Return Policy Overview

At A&J Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Please note, all custom-made or special order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please call 678-855-8153 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) code. Returns without an RA code will not be accepted. For more details, visit our Returns Page.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and paperwork.
  • Jewelry showing signs of wear, or that has been altered, resized (by anyone other than A&J Jewelers), or damaged, cannot be accepted.
  • Engraved jewelry items are not eligible for return.

Return Procedure

  1. RA Code: Contact our customer service to receive an RA code. Include this code on the receipt and write it clearly on the outside of the return package.
  2. Packaging: Include all original materials, such as the receipt, gem reports, and appraisals. Incomplete returns will incur a service fee.
  3. Shipping: Use U.S. Postal Service Priority Express Mail™ with insurance for the value of the contents. Address the package to:

    Please do not write “Jewelers” or “Jewelry” on the package. Label it only as “A&J Inc.”

Failure to follow these instructions may result in the refusal of your return. If you have questions, please call 678-855-8153.
