Return and refund requests are handled through one A&J Jewelers policy. Please review the timing, eligibility, and Return Authorization steps before sending any jewelry back to the showroom.

Return window and eligibility

At A&J Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.

Please note, all custom-made, special order items, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Before you return an item

To initiate a return, please call 678-855-8153 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) code. Returns without an RA code will not be accepted.

Important: Please contact A&J Jewelers before shipping anything back. A&J can confirm the correct return instructions for your item and order.

Conditions for return

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and paperwork.
  • Jewelry showing signs of wear, or that has been altered, resized by anyone other than A&J Jewelers, or damaged, cannot be accepted.
  • Engraved jewelry items are not eligible for return.

Return procedure

RA code

Contact customer service to receive an RA code. Include this code on the receipt and write it clearly on the outside of the return package.

Packaging

Include all original materials, such as the receipt, gem reports, and appraisals. Incomplete returns will incur a service fee.

Shipping

Use U.S. Postal Service Priority Express Mail™ with insurance for the value of the contents. Address the package to:

Please do not write “Jewelers” or “Jewelry” on the package. Label it only as “A&J Inc.”

Return shipping responsibility

Failure to follow these instructions may result in refusal of return. A&J Jewelers is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
